Minidoka县

What is now Minidoka县 was first surveyed in 1890 for a plausible location to construct a dam. 6月7日, 1902, President Theodore Roosevelt signed the Reclamation Act allowing construction of the dam. In 1904, 填海局为伯利预留了三平方英里的城镇用地, 鲁珀特, 和里弗顿(现在的海本).
